Samantha is a multimedia designer based in Baltimore.
She is currently working with the Mayor’s Office of Cable and Communications (MOCC). Her practice centers on civic engagement, design for social impact, and storytelling through motion, branding, and visual systems.
She has contributed to a range of public-facing government initiatives including exhibitions in the Baltimore City Hall galleries to citywide campaigns and visual materials supporting mayoral communications and public speaking engagements. Her work aims to make information more accessible, foster community connection, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences.
